Returns/Replacements
Scheid Family Wines guarantees the quality of our products. Your
satisfaction is our highest priority. We will make every effort to replace wine
that is damaged or flawed that was purchased through our website. See our Shipping Policy
for additional details. Wines purchased through retailers must be returned to
them. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Damaged in Shipment
If you receive your wine and it has been damaged during
shipment, please email us at Contact@scheidfamilywines.com within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Include a description
of the damages and include pictures of the damaged box
and bottles. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that
our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged
products to be replaced and will cover shipping.
Quality Issue with Order
If there is a quality issue, please let us know by emailing us
at Contact@scheidfamilywines.com,
please give us your order number and contact information and tell us what the
problem is, and we will send you a new replacement bottle. Additionally, pictures
of the bottle and the specific issue are helpful for us to determine what the problem
is.
