SHIPPING POLICY
All
orders are processed at, and shipped from, Wine Country Connect, 21775 8th St.
East, Sonoma, CA 95476. Please note that Company may not be able to ship wine
to certain states. Due to changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the
list of states that we ship to may change at any time. The Company will arrange
for shipment on behalf of the buyer, to an address specified by the buyer,
if Company in its sole discretion believes that such shipment will
not subject us to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. The
Site will not allow you to place an order if we cannot legally ship to you. If
you live in a state where the direct shipment of wine by us may violate the
law, we will contact you to discuss shipping options, which may include the
provision of an alternative shipping address in a state where the direct
shipment of wines to consumers is permitted or storage of the wines at an
acceptable third-party storage facility.
Please
be aware, during certain winter or summer months, shipment of your order may be
delayed due to extreme temperatures until ideal weather and shipping conditions
resume. It is our top priority to ensure your wine arrives safely. When the
summer or winter shipping policies are in effect, all shipments will be limited
to 2-day transit. Within 2-day zones, shipments will be sent via UPS Ground.
Outside 2-day zones, shipments will be upgraded to 2nd Day Air. Shipments
will only go out Monday – Wednesday. Please note that when your wine
order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, the wine becomes your
responsibility.
We
will notify you by email when your wines are ready to be shipped. An adult
signature will be required for the delivery of alcoholic beverages. To ensure
prompt and successful deliveries of your wines, please ensure that an adult 21
years of age or older will be present and available to sign for your shipment.
If no one will be at home to accept delivery, we recommend using a business
address for shipping or arranging with your shipper to hold your shipment at
their location for pickup. We will not be held responsible for any
shipment delays (or wine damaged as a result of such
delays) caused by erroneous information provided by the customer at the time of
ordering or by the failure of an adult to be present for signature at the time
the wines are delivered.
You
agree that you are not purchasing wine from Company to ship to another state or
resell.

ACCURACY OF BILLING
AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right
to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or
cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account,
the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping
address. In the event that we make a change
to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by
contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time
the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in
our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide
current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for
all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and
other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates,
so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
